Inspired by the nature of carinderias in the Philippines, best described as "little eatery" or "seated food stall" in English, we bring home-cooked meals and the key ingredient to festive Filipino parties to our local community—lots and lots of food.
Carinderias back home signify a simple, casual place to eat an affordable meal in the comfort of your own neighborhood. Despite the small space and humble look of a carinderia, some of the best food can come from these unassuming food stalls.
Since we miss that little part of our culture, we decided to emulate it the best we could here in our local area and adapt it into an online food business. This way, we have a little bit of our home here with us and we get to share our culture with everyone around us.

ABOUT OUR (PAMILYA) BUSINESS
Carinderia ni Ysabel is comprised of a grandmother, a mother, a daughter, and a supportive father based in Puyallup, WA. With a strong passion for family, food, and the sharing of food, we strive to share our cultural delicacies with our community, and we aim to give everyone an authentic taste of the Filipino food we grew up with. As a home-based business, we ensure that every order is made at the same quality that we would make our own meals, as though we were making it for our own family members.
This is why we say "Para sa pamilya," meaning, "For the family."

HOW TO ORDER
We need time to prepare big Pamilya & Fiesta catering orders, so please place your orders at least 2 days in advance, the sooner the better!
Most Merienda orders can be fulfilled in 1 day, we will contact you to arrange for pick-up or delivery
Pick-up orders will be picked up from our address, we would prefer you to pick up during our operating hours
There is a $7 delivery fee for delivery orders, but we can deliver at any time or date you'd like, including outside our normal operating hours
Merienda orders are priced as individual items, please specify the amount of any item you order so we can bill you accordingly
Pamilya & Fiesta orders are priced at $35 & $75 respectively, and the quantity of each dish you receive is specified in their respective menu pages, meaning you do not need to specify amounts in your order
But you can add more items to your Pamilya or Fiesta order! simply include the additional item(s) and quantity you'd like to receive, and we will include the cost of the individual item to your total
